Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. The organisers reserve the right to decline any booking application.
  2. Only bring items that you have indicated on your booking form. The organisers reserve the right to remove unlisted items from sale if there is duplication with other stall holders' stock.
  3. Food businesses must have the required registration with the local authority.
  4. On the day of the fayre, the venue can be accessed 1 (one) hour prior to the event start time and must be vacated by 1 (one) hour after the event end time.
  5. There will be no access to the venue for anyone other than stall holders and helpers during set up and tidy away times.
  6. The organisers cannot be held responsibility for any loss or damage to stock or equipment.
  7. Your stock, cash tins, and all personal belongings are your responsibility and should not be left un-attended at any time.
  8. Do not attach anything to walls or tables that may leave a mark.
  9. If the venue is left damaged in any way the stallholder responsible will be charged for repair costs.
  10. All your rubbish must be removed from the venue.
  1. The advertised fee will include the use of a table/stall unless stated otherwise.
  2. Once your completed booking form is received we will reserve, subject to availability, a table for up to 14 days whilst awaiting payment.
  3. The table is only guaranteed once payment is received.
  4. Details on how to make a payment will be provided when your place is reserved.
  5. Payment is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Refund of any monies paid is at the discretion of the organisers.
  1. We will do everything in our power to ensure that you have a successful day but cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of your stock, interruption of power or services, failure of press advertisements to appear or anything else beyond our control.
  2. The organisers do not provide insurance cover for theft or damage to your stock and recommends that you adequately insure yourself against all risks.
  3. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any claims made by the public against you, your stall and/or your stock. It is recommended that you have the relevant public and product liability insurance for your own stall and stock.
  4. It is a condition of booking that you understand and accept that you cannot hold the organisers responsible for any losses you sustain.
